I am very thankful that twenty some years ago my parents made the investment in a cabin on Lake Coeurd'alene! Even though Dusty works a ridiculous sum of hours during the summer harvest months, he is typically able to take Sundays off. The cabin is just the perfect distance to sneak away for one night or a long afternoon. It is an unmeasurable treasure to be able to have this cozy retreat available and all under two hours away. Plus it gave us another few opportunities to introduce JJ to swimming. Thankfully they were all more successful than her first experience with the ocean.
